The project is a hotel building for the Ministry of Interior, consisting of five floors: a ground floor with a height of 9 meters, four additional floors, and a rooftop, with a total floor area of 2,250 m². It also includes underground water tanks for hotel use, irrigation, and fire safety, with an area of 450 m². Most of the building’s ceilings are made of 25 cm thick hollow-core slabs with a 5 cm thick reinforced concrete screed. The project also includes surrounding annexes (walls, entrances, and service rooms). The total project area is 13,250 m². Our work involved concrete and building construction.

The project consists of two hotel buildings, each with an area of 12,500 m², comprising five floors: a basement, a ground floor, three typical floors, and a rooftop. Each building contains 95 suites, four elevators, service and entertainment rooms, and distribution areas within the floors. Each suite consists of two, three, or four rooms with their respective services, totaling 556 rooms. The basements include entertainment halls, sports courts, parking spaces, and a main kitchen.
